Spizzico Café Ristorante: Spizzico restaurant has now been operating for 18 months by Angelo and Silvana Di Bartolo. The restaurant industry is not news to the pair after owning previous restaurants. Angelo has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years which gives him a perfect idea of what customers want. Angelo and Slivana’s background of Sicilian gives them an ideal plateau of what they need to know about the style of cuisine they offer.

Cortina Pizzeria: One of Brisbane’s hidden secret is Italian chef Vittorio Greco who runs the family restaurant Cortina Restaurant Pizzeria in Nundah village. His training as a chef in Tuscany, together with his co-chef & wife Barbara (also a qualified chef ) enables Vittorio to produce some of the most authentic Tuscan dishes you could ever find in Australia.

Bella Cosi: The restaurant’s quality-for-cost is a distinguishing factor as it has become established on the north side of the city. The day-to-day experience of running this fine little restaurant is handled by James McLean and enables him to create a rather unique Italian scene. He relishes the opportunity of taking all his Italian cooking skills and mixing them into the dishes which he prepares which make up the tantalising and fairly extensive Italian menu which he shares. Customers are particularly drawn to James’ special Scaloppine ai Funghi (main).

Arrivederci Pizzeria: Situated on the Euro influenced Park Road strip Arrivederci Pizzeria is a dynamic family restaurant renowned for its Italian cuisine. Acclaimed for its spirited soccer fever, Arrivederci brings a sense of uniqueness and diversity to the Park Road experience. The famous 1-metre pizza first made its mark on the pizza scene in 1980, opening its doors on the Gold Coast.
