One of Australia's premier classical radio stations, 4MBS Classic FM has been broadcasting for 30 years and has received many awards.
4MBS Classic FM was named Australia's Radio Station of the Year at the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia's 2004 Awards.
As well as broadcasting 24 hours a day every day of the year, the station presents the annual 4MBS Festival of Classics - Australia's largest classical music festival, and Shakespeare on Oxford in October, this year presenting Romeo and Juliet.
