One of Brisbane’s hidden secret is Italian chef Vittorio Greco who runs the family restaurant- Cortina Restaurant Pizzeria in Nundah village, Brisbane.
His training as a chef in Tuscany, together with his co-chef & wife Barbara (also a qualified chef ) enables Vittorio to produce some of the most authentic Tuscan dishes you could ever fi nd
in Australia.
Vittorio’s philosophy on cooking is to use the best of the essential traditional ingredients & create your dish from there. His passion is creating “honest” dishes which respect their genesis in the countryside kitchens of Italy.
